The callers quick thinking to report the accident and share a location pin via WhatsApp assisted our control room in dispatching the closest vehicle, which arrived in a timely manner.

It was determined that 3 patients required medical care and thanks to the equally fast response of Makanda Metro EMS, urgent care was provided to all injured. All occupants were transported to a medical facility in Makhanda by Gardmed Ambulance Service and Metro EMS. Thank you to all roleplayers for the efficient team work and compassionate patient care.
